CELER SOLUCIONES, S.L. compiles personal data and information through its website on Users for storage or use in relation to such Users.
This data is entered to computer files held by CELER (“Data Processor”), with address at Virgen de los Peligros, 3, 3º, 28013, Madrid. The files are processed in line with Spanish personal data protection legislation (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal), and its implementing regulations.
Personal data entered to the forms on the website shall form part of a file used to answer Users’ enquiries, send quotes, retrieve CVs, in addition to sending offers of services that could be of interest to Users who specifically request this.
Please also be informed that you are entitled to access, rectify and cancel the personal data held by CELER, as well as to withdraw your consent, by writing to the address stated above or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, surname and email address with your request.
CELER undertakes to process all personal data in line with applicable legislation and to:
– confidentially process the holder’s personal data to which it has access as a consequence of visiting our website or as a consequence of the disclosure of this data to CELER employees.
– put in place the technical and organisational security safeguards required to prevent the alteration or loss of data and to prevent its unauthorised processing or access. Nevertheless, owing to current Internet security conditions, the Data Processor cannot guarantee that no unlawful use will be made of Users’ information by third parties. As a result, the Data Processor neither guarantees nor takes any responsibility for damage of any kind that could arise from the alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, or the unlawful use of the holder’s information by third parties.
The User undertakes to keep the data provided to the Data Processor duly updated. The holder shall be responsible for damages incurred to CELER or third parties as a consequence of the lack of truthfulness, inaccuracy, lack of validity or authenticity of the data provided.
