- register your requests directly in our system, so as to ensure even easier and faster follow-up.
- transfer files securely, without the need for email.
- consult the status of your order in our system at any moment.
- consult the list of all your orders.
- download the source texts and the related translations.
- consult your invoices.
- keep your contact details up to date.
- give a score to the work that has been delivered to you.
A login (your email address) and a password are required to use all these features. To receive your password, all you have to do is inform our Customer Service Department by email.
