So we are proud to renew for yet another year the quality certificates underpinning our working procedures at all times and the relationship of all those who make our work possible: our team, our clients and our collaborators.
Having successfully passed the latest audits by the certifying body DNV Business Assurance, our quality certificates in ethically and socially responsible management, translation, confidentiality and control have been renewed in line with the new regulations in force.
We are now certified in the new UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, which replaces the former ISO 9001:2008 standard, and which sets down the requisites for quality management systems in companies.
We have also passed the audit for the UNE-EN ISO 17100:2015 standard, exclusively applicable to services specific to the translation industry, and which updates the requisites of the former UNE-EN 15038:2006 standard.
In addition to this, we have renewed our certificates in ISO/IEC 27001:2013, guaranteeing our clients total confidentially of their information, and SGE21:2008, whereby we commit to undertaking adequate control of our company in terms of social responsibility.
